1. Simple Introduction
The spring tension and compression testing machine is a special testing equipment designed and manufactured in accordance with the spring test specifications stipulated by the national standard. It is suitable for testing the performance of various springs such as tension and compression springs, damping springs, gas springs, wave springs, etc.; it is the preferred testing equipment for spring manufacturers, spring users, and major testing institutions.
The testing machine uses a micro AC servo motor as a power source; it adopts advanced chip integration technology, a professionally designed PCI data acquisition amplification and control system, the test force, deformation amplification, and A/D conversion process realize the full digitalization of control and display Adjustment. The computer-controlled tension and compression spring testing machine is made according to the technical requirements specified in JB/T7796-2005 "Technical Conditions for Tension and Compression Spring Testing Machines". Function Introduction:
